Hi, I'm Steve, the director of SD Plans.

As an architectural draftsperson based in Sydney, I have several years of experience working within the residential building industry and architectural practices. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the preparation of residential documentation, consultant coordination, and approval documentation for a wide range of projects.

After working within established architectural firms, I founded SD Plans to provide homeowners, builders, and consultants with a more personal and practical approach to drafting services. My focus is on delivering clear, accurate, and standards-compliant documentation that supports efficient approvals and buildable outcomes. 

Outside of work, I enjoy painting, building Arduino projects, watching movies and exploring unique landscapes.
