Process

We start by understanding your project, approval pathway, scope, and key requirements. We would then send over a proposal agreement to confirm fixed fees and scope. Our hourly fee rate is $100/hr.

2. Site Measure & Feasibility Study

We review surveys, existing drawings, planning controls, and any consultant inputs. If required, we can also coordinate site measurements to establish accurate base information. 

3. Concept Model

We then model a concept design set as per your needs and requests.

4. Documentation & Consultant Coordination 

We prepare clear and detailed documentation tailored to your project, whether for DA, CDC, CC, or construction purposes - aligned with relevant standards and approval requirements. We integrate input from engineers, surveyors, certifiers, and other consultants into the documentation package to ensure consistency and compliance across all disciplines. 

5. Submission & Approval Support 

We prepare and lodge the required documentation with council or private certifiers and support the project through the assessment process, responding to requests where needed.
